| As one of modem manufacturing management methods,Lean Production System has become one most effective operations management system after development and improvement during the past many years.It is adopted to all as the suitable way to eliminate waste,reduce cost,and improve quality,more and more companies begin to use Lean production system to enhance the competitiveness.Nowadays,most of China company is focusing on the manufacturing,and contribution major GDP,And the demand of marketing is change to the personalization&customization,multi varieties while with small batch,need fast response.It will be very important to choose Lean production system for China company to improve the competitiveness to meet customer demand.In this article,we apply 5S improvement in production and office,value stream mapping analysis for production process and find out wastes and bottle neck in the production process,capacity balance to eliminate bottle neck step and future VSM to show improvement result.Use work order and sales order visualization management to show the processing status.At the same time,G company encourage all employee to participate Kaizen activities.This article emphasizes the importance of people in organization structure,incentive mechanism and corporate culture.G company focus on training employee,keeps motivating employee and respect them.At the same time,G company set up performance appraisal mechanism and provide reference for other companies to carry out lean production.Lean production plays a significant role in eliminating waste,decrease cost and improve quality according to G company,s practice. |
