A Study On Improvement Of Lean Production Based On ERP System In JT Corporation

ERP system represents the modern advanced enterprise management mode andmanagement solution.In the process of practice,it is closely combined with the enterprise’s information development strategy,which can improve the enterprise management efficiency and enhance the market competitiveness.The lean production theory,which is also widely used in China,has low cost and quick effect,and is committed to creating value for customers.Taking JT company as an example,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,case study and expert interview to elaborate on many problems existing in the practical application of ERP system in JT company’s production management under lean perspective: First,the production plan is not lean,resulting in excessive inventory;Second,there are many problems in the production material picking process;Third,there is no system support for equipment spare parts,and the management level is low;Four,There is a blind spot in product traceability.This paper discusses how to use lean thinking to effectively supplement the ERP management system and improve the production and operation management combined with the actual situation of manufacturing enterprises.In view of these problems,many tools and methods of lean theory are used in the improvement plan,such as JIT,Kanban management,zero inventory management,total production maintenance(TPM),value flow chart,pull production system,continuous improvement,etc.The specific improvement plan is as follows:First,ERP and lean are combined to improve production plan and reduce inventory;Second,Kanban is applied to manage lean material picking process;Third,spare parts are incorporated into ERP system to achieve lean management and control;Fourth,functions are enhanced to achieve full coverage of product traceability in ERP.At the same time,we should strengthen the implementation guarantee of the improvement plan in the following aspects:the participation of senior management,personnel training guarantee,performance appraisal support,PDCA cycle to consolidate the results.Enterprises can take the lean idea as the core idea of production operation management,improve the poor effect of ERP application through lean tools,and realize the perfect integration of ERP system and enterprise lean operation management.In this paper,"Research on the improvement of the practical application of ERP system in combination with the leanidea",I hope it will not only improve the production management of JT company,but also have certain reference value for the implementation of ERP application continuous improvement activities in the same type of manufacturing enterprises.
