Abstract/Summary:
On February 3,2017,the State Council issued the "13th Five-Year Plan" of the development of modern comprehensive transport system in the "ten vertical and ten horizontal",high-speed railway business mileage has made a qualitative leap.High-speed railway not only has an increasing mileage,but also has an increasing proportion in the total railway mileage.A large number of new technologies and equipment are being used and innovated,which urgently needs a large number of professionals who master the management,operation and maintenance of high-speed railway.However,the current high-speed railway personnel training in China is lack of systematicness and scientificity.In order to meet the needs of high-speed railway development and operation management,and to ensure the safe production of high-speed railway,China Railway Corporation has set up a high-speed railway vocational skills training center.Based on the actual situation of the training center,this paper discusses and studies the trainer management system of the high-speed railway training center by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.On this basis,it is understood that there is a lack of standardized selection system for trainers in enterprises,a single assessment model,and a lack of corresponding career planning for trainers.All these factors affect the training effect of high-speed rail training center.Based on the theoretical discussion and analysis of the reasons for the management of trainers in enterprises,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the management of trainers in enterprises.This paper starts from the following aspects: putting the recommendation of trainers in the work assessment,strengthening the construction of trainers’ engineering,strengthening the assessment and management of trainers,and implementing a variety of incentives.Forming the normalization of the training of trainers and establishing and perfecting the personal career development system of trainers.
