With the advance of the reform of the electric power system,the operating environment of electric power enterprises becomes more and more complex and diverse,and the requirements for the quality of the staff of power grid enterprises are increasingly high.The importance of internal trainers of power grid enterprises is more prominent.Whether they can adapt to the trend of power system reform and quickly adapt to the business expansion of enterprises affects the development of training institutions of power grid enterprises and even power grid enterprises.Therefore,the performance management of trainers has become a key topic that must be studied at present.This paper takes the performance management plan of the trainer of G Electric Power Company training center of China National Grid(hereinafter referred to as“G electric power training center trainer”)as the research content.Firstly,by collecting the basic data of G electric power training center,the paper investigates and analyzes the current performance management plan of G electric power training center trainers,using the interview method and questionnaire survey method to identify the existing problems in the performance management program of trainers,and to analyze the causes of the problems.Secondly,based on the actual situation of G electric power training center,it provides the train of thought and direction for the improvement of trainers’ performance management plan,drawing on performance management tools such as Key Performance Indicator,Balanced Score Card.This paper combs the process of performance management of trainers,extracts the performance indicators,and uses analytic hierarchy process to distribute the weight of performance indicators scientifically and reasonably,so as to lay a foundation for fair performance management.Thirdly,combined with appropriate performance counseling,this paper is aimed to strengthen the performance process management,correct the train of thought and progress of trainers,promote the smooth completion of performance goals.And for the trainers,clearing a reasonable assessment cycle,assessing content and subject,to ensure that the performance assessment objectively and fairly.Finally,this paper is aimed to make clear the content,method and frequency of performance feedback,establish a written performance complaint file,unblock the channels of performance complaints.Through strengthening the application of performance appraisal results in salary distribution,training promotion,post promotion,welfare security and so on,to improve the trainers’ perception of performance appraisal results,and the guarantee measures of the performance management optimization program are explained.Through the above measures,this paper tries to optimize the performance management plan of G electric power trainer,improve the performance management system,improve the operability,rationality and effectiveness of performance management,effectively promote the performance improvement and promotion of G electric power trainer,give full play to the maximum efficiency of G electric power trainer,ensure the effective implementation of strategic goals,improve the company’s comprehensive strength and core competition.It also provides a practical case for performance management of internal trainers in power grid enterprises of the same type.
