| Since the outbreak of the epidemic,global enterprises have faced a severe test of market survival.In particular,domestic manufacturing enterprises are facing the sluggish development of the industry at the same time,the outbreak of the epidemic further intensified the survival pressure of domestic manufacturing enterprises.In the face of severe operating and living environment,enterprises pay more attention to the cohesion and improvement of the core competitiveness of the market,and the core competitiveness of the enterprise has a direct relationship with the comprehensive working ability of employees.Training is the main channel for employees to continuously improve their abilities and develop their careers.Effective training is an inevitable choice for the improvement of the enterprise’s core competitiveness or sustainable development,or for the development and progress of employees’ personal career.In the process of enterprise operation and development,to strengthen the construction of staff training management system and constantly optimize and upgrade the structure of training management system is the key work of current enterprise human resource management,but also the core work to promote the development of enterprises and the win-win relationship of staff career development.This paper takes A small and medium-sized scientific and technological manufacturing enterprise A company as an example,through the investigation of the first-line production and operation of the enterprise,based on the theoretical system of enterprise staff training management,the construction of A company staff training management system to carry out a comprehensive and detailed discussion.First of all,this paper uses qualitative analysis method to review the literature,related concepts and theories of enterprise staff training management system.Secondly,by taking advantage of the actual conditions and with the support of the main leaders of Company A,I conducted A survey on the status quo of Company A’s training management and grasped the basic information such as the status quo of company A’s operation and management and the composition of its staff training management system.Third,this paper uses the form of interview and design of satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction of the implementation of A company’s employee training management system,and makes a statistical quantitative analysis to analyze the problems and causes from the aspects of ideological cognition,training needs analysis,training plan,teacher strength,training effect evaluation,and so on.Finally,combined with the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises,Based on the objective analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of the employee training management system of Company A,according to the structure of the employee training management system,the employee training management system of Company A was improved and optimized,and formed a circular closed model of employee training management.In this hope,it can not only provide specific experience for improving A company’s training management ability and training management system,but also provide positive help for other domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the improvement and optimization of staff training management. |
