Research On Construction Enterprise Information Chain From The Perspective Of Construction Industry Transformation And Upgrading

With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading is accelerating,and construction enterprises have become the backbone of the road of transformation and upgrading.China's "13th five-year development plan" clearly points out that the construction enterprise information management level and information resource development ability should be improved to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.But in our country is not in the transformation and upgrading of the information management of the construction of the path to make clear that the construction of enterprise information management,which is mainly composed of information technology application in collective myth,common cognitive shallow,weak power,big blindness,low information resources which lead to the slow process of construction enterprise transformation and upgrading,poor results.The difficulties in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry are closely related to the problems of information management.Therefore,this paper chooses the information chain as the research object,conducts a comprehensive analysis of information management,clarifies the relationship between information management activities,information resource value and enterprise competitiveness,and provides the basis for the problem analysis and construction path planning of information management.Firstly,under the background of informatization transformation of construction industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of informatization and information management construction of construction industry and construction enterprises.By analyzing the problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of the two enterprises,the paper concludes the influencing factors of construction enterprise information chain construction.Then,from the perspective of construction enterprises,the structural features,forms,elements and life cycle of the information chain are analyzed,and the macro features of the information chain are completely presented.In addition,the factors affecting the construction of the information chain are periodically divided according to the life cycle of the information chain,so that the information chain has dynamic characteristics.Secondly,based on the thinking of the power of information chain operation,this paper analyzes the internal and external interests of construction enterprises,and clarifies the relationship between their own interests and information management construction.Finally,based on the factors influencing the construction of information chain,information chain structure characteristics,the information chain of life cycle,demand analysis,value chain theory and by introducing a potter model constructs the construction enterprise information chain analysis model,and the use ofinformation chain analysis model to the case of enterprise information management and information construction work for the chain map analysis,get the information chain analysis model of pathological content.On this basis,combined with the content of the information chain analysis model construction,this paper puts forward specific Suggestions for the problems existing in the construction of the case enterprise information management,provides a logical and frame reference for the construction enterprise in the construction of information management,and avoids the blindness of the construction enterprise in the process of transformation and upgrading.Innovation in this paper from the perspective of supply chain of construction enterprise information management,and select the information chain as the core,by means of information management,information resources value and competitiveness of the relationship between the three,constructs the construction enterprise information chain analysis model,the construction of enterprise information management work has carried on the comprehensive analysis and logic,has been clear about the information management is the core of the construction of enterprise information chain,for the construction enterprises in the construction of information management provides an analysis tool.
