Compared with the traditional construction industry,the prefabricated building has the characteristics of saving resources,improving product quality,shortening the construction period,saving costs,and protecting the environment.Since the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic,the country has never stopped exploring and developing prefabricated buildings,and has formulated a large number of policy guidelines and incentives.However,due to the backwardness of China's fabricated building information management level and technical level,China's prefabricated buildings The development is not optimistic.At this stage,how to promote the rapid development of China's prefabricated buildings and promote the healthy and stable development of the construction industry has become a major problem in China's construction industry.The prefabricated construction project has a long construction cycle and many participants,and a large amount of building information will be generated during the construction of the project.At present,there is no uniform norm and standard for the management of fabricated building information in China,and the lack of advanced information management techniques,resulting in the loss of assembly-type building information in the process of transmission and sharing,and the problem of isolated islands,which not only increases The construction cost of the project is also one of the important reasons hindering the development of China's fabricated buildings.This paper studies from the perspective of information management of assembly building information circulation and sharing.Firstly,through the extensive research on the fabricated architectural literature and atlas,the concept of the production end and the use end is proposed,and the definition of the components of the fabricated building parts is given.Through the comparative analysis of the standard system and standard atlas of the assembly and coding of assembly buildings at home and abroad,combined with the information characteristics generated by the parts in various stages of project construction,and the industry habits of China's construction industry,it is proposed to have The universal universal coding and the two coding forms of the unique circulation coding are generated in the use phase,and the specific classification and coding method rules are respectively given.Then,using the engineering project examples and the current national specification atlas,the feasibility and rationality analysis of the method rules of this classification coding are carried out.Then the BIM-RFID technology is introduced in detail,and the BIM-RFID information technology is used as the carrier and platform for the circulation of coded information in various stages of project construction.In the process of sharing and sharing the parts and partscode information in the production and use phases,other attribute information of the parts and components can be attached to the project part family library established by the BIM platform according to the requirements of the use end,and only the position information of the component installation is classified.And the coding is added at the end of the universal code,which constitutes a unique constant circulation code after the construction is completed.Finally,the identification of the circulation code by RFID information technology can be traced back to all the attribute information of each component in the production and use stage.Finally,the distribution and sharing of the components of the fabricated building parts in the whole life cycle of the engineering construction project has provided practical and effective measures and ideas for the rapid development of the fabricated buildings in China.
