With the gradual deepening of the concept of green development,many drawbacks have been exposed in the traditional construction mode.Prefabricated buildings,by virtue of efficient construction,environmental protection and energy saving advantages,are conducive to accelerating the transformation and upgrading of construction industry,advancing the revolution of construction industrialization,which are of great significance to realizing the sustainable development in the field of construction.However,prefabricated buildings in China with a late start are still at the phase of progressive development.There are a series of restraining factors such as backward quality management method and difficulties in tracing quality responsibility,leading to the low market share of prefabricated buildings and huge barrier for effective promotion.Therefore,it is an objective requirement for the sound development of prefabricated buildings to draw on the manufacturing supply chain management theory,analyze the reasons for the ineffective accountability of existing quality management method from the perspective of prefabricated building supply chain,and improve the degree of information sharing by means of blockchain technology.Focusing on the main line of “quality information sharing and accountability of prefabricated building”,literature review,game analysis,model research and other methods are used in the paper to study the following contents.Firstly,the development status of prefabricated buildings is analyzed and the shortcomings of traditional quality management methods are summarized.Secondly,the importance of information sharing and the necessity of incentive in construction supply chain management is pointed out according to the cooperative management idea in the supply chain.Then adopting the evolutionary game theory to study quality information sharing of prefabricated building,explore evolution stability trend and strategy influencing factors of the game model,and illustrate the promoting effect of incentive mechanism on information sharing.Finally,combined with the advantages of blockchain in data traceability,the framework of prefabricated building quality information sharing and accountability platform based on blockchain technology is designed,and the overall structure,functional modules as well as application advantages and risks of the platform are described.The paper starts from the current problems in the construction industry such as extensive quality management of prefabricated buildings and insufficient responsibility traceability,analyzes the motivation of prefabricated building supply chain members to share information,innovatively combines the blockchain technology with quality accountability of prefabricated building,and sets the corresponding incentive layer in the blockchain technology framework,aiming to perfect the inefficient traditional quality management method and expand the market scale of prefabricated buildings. |
