Research On The Planning And Design Of Da Sanxiang Oil Tea Theme Park Based On The Rural Complex Mode

The agricultural theme park with the mode of rural complex is the new development direction of the rural industry in China.It is in the ascendant nowadays.However,its related planning,construction and development strategies lack the exhaustive systematic research,which restricts the construction effect of the agricultural theme park with the mode of rural complex.Therefore,taking twelve rural complex projects including the Tianyuan Dongfang in Wuxi and Duoli farm in Chengdu,Sichuan,the thesis researches on the main impacting factors of the planning construction of rural complex through the principal component analysis.It also researches on the related theory of rural complex,agritourism and agricultural theme park in depth,proposes the planning design strategies of the theme park of camellia oleifera with the mode of rural complex and innovates the planning design methods of the theme park of camellia oleifera by applying the method of literature review,induction,summary and case study.In addition,the thesis also puts the planning design of the juniors' project of the camellia oleifera theme park into practice and validates the method system of planning design by integrating the theories including ecology,economics and landscape planning with the field research data and the related data collected and organized by us.The main research results are as follows:(1)The thesis reveals the related concepts including rural complex,agritourism and agricultural theme park clearly,explores and analyzes the connotation,characteristics and development mode of rural complex,agritourism,agricultural theme park,constructs the specific theoretical system for the planning design of the theme park of camellia oleifera with the mode of rural complex and provides the practice with theoretical basis.(2)The thesis makes a principal component analysis on the related factors of the planning construction of rural complex and constructs three principal component models.The study reveals that the leading factors which influence the planning construction of rural complex are geographical factor,landscape volume,policy and industry.The findings accord with the field research result,which provides the scientific theoretical basis of the planning construction of rural complex and makes contribution to guiding the planning construction and development of rural complex.(3)The research comes up with the overall structure,concept,principle,key points and content of the planning design of the theme park of camellia oleifera with the mode of rural complex and provides the technical support for the planning design and construction of the theme park of camellia oleifera with the mode of rural complex.(4)The thesis puts the detailed planning design of the theme park of camellia oleifera of juniors into practice according to the theoretical system and strategy of the planning design of the theme park of camellia oleifera with the mode of rural complex and validates the practicability of the method system of the planning design of camellia oleifera theme park.
