Earthquake is a kind of natural disaster that seriously endangers the safety of people's life and property.When the earthquake occurs,whether the emergency rescue activities timely and effectively control the loss plays a great role,among which the material rescue and medical rescue are the main parts of the rescue activities.As a carrier of emergency rescue activities,the urban road traffic system carries a large number of emergency rescue vehicles.As a complex network system,the traffic conditions of the urban road traffic system after the earthquake are more intertwined.There are social vehicles and emergency rescue vehicles on the road plane,which causes the emergency rescue vehicles to be disturbed.At the same time,the earthquake also has different degrees of damage to the road,causing the road block to block or the capacity of the road section to decrease,thereby reducing the traffic efficiency and affecting the speed and quality of the rescue.Therefore,under the earthquake conditions,it is of great practical significance to study the design of emergency rescue vehicle route selection scheme to provide emergency management.This paper focuses on the above issues from the following aspects:Firstly,this paper analyzes the seriousness of earthquake disasters and the importance of designing emergency rescue plans,and summarize the relevant research status at home and abroad,including emergency rescue vehicle route selection and emergency traffic demand forecasting.The traffic organization and road traffic system under earthquake conditions are studied,and the traffic conditions of emergency rescue after earthquake are analyzed.Based on this,follow-up research is carried out.Secondly,this paper determines the influencing factors of the path selection of emergency rescue vehicles under earthquake conditions,and correct the traffic capacity,traffic volume and road safety after the earthquake,with time,safety and economic optimization as the objective function,based on multi-objective optimization and shortest path.Theory,constructing a selection model and solving it by genetic algorithm.Thirdly,this paper determines the rescue traffic demand after the earthquake,establish the traffic distribution gravity model based on the rescue demand,and establish the traffic assignment model based on the multi-objective path selection model,and solve it by the capacity limit-incremental allocation method.Fourthly,this paper cases analysis based on theoretical research.The Xicheng district of Beijing was selected as the research area,and the seismic intensity and earthquake time were set.On this basis,the data of the study area was corrected,and the travel time,road safety and travel expenses of each section after the earthquake were obtained.The TransCAD software and Python programming software were used to design and simulate the path selection scheme of material rescue vehicles and medical rescue vehicles.
