Assembled light steel composite thermal insulation exterior wall panel is a common material in assembled building.In engineering,we only study its enclosure performance and thermal performance as a wall.However,due to its special structure,it can bear certain lateral and vertical loads.In the floor slab of assembled building,it can be loaded together with frame beams and columns to optimize the structure.It has a good application prospect.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the flexural and axial compressive properties of the wallboard.(1)Two assembled light steel composite thermal insulation external wall panels with different thickNesses were tested for flexural bearing capacity.The deformation and failure modes of the wall panels were studied in the process of increasing load step by step.It was verified that the failure of the wall panels under transverse loads belonged to elastic-plastic failure,and had obvious precursors before failure,and the ultimate flexural bearing capacity met the requirements of industry specifications.(2)Using ABAQUS finite element software,the bending calculation model of assembled light steel composite thermal insulation external wall panel is established.The coMParison test results verify the correctness and rationality of the calculation model.The effects of the yield strength of steel,the thickNess of cement fiber board,the type of surface laminate,and the yield strength of foam concrete on the flexural capacity of wallboard are studied.(3)Two assembled light steel composite thermal insulation external wall panels were tested under vertical concentrated force and uniform distributed force,and the relationship curves between vertical and lateral loads were obtained.It was proved that the compressive bearing capacity of the wall panels under vertical uniform load was better than that under vertical concentrated load.(4)Using ABAQUS finite element software,the compressive bearing capacity of assembled light steel composite thermal insulation external wall panels was simulated and analyzed,and the effects of steel yield strength,type of surface panels andthickNess of cement fiberboard on the compressive bearing capacity of wall panels were studied.The feasibility of the wallboard bearing vertical load in practical engineering is also analyzed.(5)Summarize the full text and put forward the prospect.
