The fabricated steel structure system is an important mean to promote the development of green building and the upgrading of the construction industry.At present,the main factor that restricts the application of the fabricated steel structure system is the outer protective structure of the building.As the main building envelope of the building,the wall not only bears certain loads,but also plays the role of sound insulation and heat insulation.In the overall energy consumption of buildings,the proportion of energy consumed by the peripheral protection structure is the heaviest.At the same time,with the improvement of living standards and the living environment,the indoor acoustic environment has become more and more important.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanical and architectural physical properties of composite wallboard for the design and application of composite wallboard.This paper mainly carries out the following research work on the exterior wall panel of prefabricated concrete sandwich core:(1)This paper tests the flexural performance of three prefabricated concrete sandwich panels,studies the failure modes and strain distribution of specimens under uniform load and determines the cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of wallboard.Through the finite element simulation software ABAQUS for parameter analysis,the factors of the bending load capacity of wallboard are studied..(2)This paper analyzes the thermal performance of prefabricated concrete sandwich panel and studies the influence of the types of insulation materials,the thickNess of concrete surface layer and the thickNess of insulation layer on the thermal performance of wallboard.Combined with engineering example,through the energy consumption simulation software PBECA demonstration project for energy consumption analysis,this paper discusses the traditional precast concrete sandwich panels and plugin exterior insulation structure performance difference in the field of building energy efficiency..(3)According to the relevant regulations on the sound environment of buildings in green building evaluation standard,by combining an engineering example,this paper studies the sound insulation performance of precast concrete sandwich wallboard plugin,discusses the traditional precast concrete sandwich panels and plugin exterior insulation structure performance difference in the field of acoustic environment.This paper studies the design and application of prefabricated concrete sandwich panel from two aspects of mechanics and building physical properties.
