Assembled steel structure building is an important part of building industrialization.The industrialization of assembled steel structure building brings new opportunities and challenges to the construction industry.This paper is based on Anhui Provincial Local Regulation "Technical Regulations for High-rise Steel Structural Residences"compilation and demonstration engineering application project.According to the load-bearing performance of sandwich composite wallboard for steel structure residential buildings,experimental and theoretical analysis are carried out,and the effect of opening on the out-of-plane load-bearing performance of sandwich composite wallboard is studied.Specific research work is as follows:(1)Composite sandwich wall panels with and without openings were designed and manufactured.Two composite sandwich wall panels with openings were tested for flexural strength,and the mechanical properties under normal and ultimate conditions were obtained.(2)The cracking load,ultimate bending capacity,crack distribution and failure modes of two types of wall panels with openings under load are studied.The load-deflection curves and load-strain curves in the middle span are compared,and the load-strain energy method is used to analyze the working conditions of the wallboard members in the test.(3)The finite element model of the test wallboard is established,and the working characteristics of the open wallboard under load are calculated and analyzed.The reliability and accuracy of the finite element model are verified by comparative tests.The wallboard models with different openings are established,and the influence of the openings on the bearing capacity is analyzed.(4)Using the simplified calculation method,this paper discusses and explores the role of reinforcement at the entrance of composite sandwich wall panel with openings and its influence on the bearing capacity,and analyses the influence of the location of the entrance on the bearing capacity.
