Research On Influencing Factors Of Application Of BIM Technology In Construction Enterprises

The full name of BIM is Building Information Modeling,and its Chinese name is Building Information Modeling.Based on the relevant Information data of construction projects,the Building model is established to simulate the real Information of buildings through digital Information simulation.In 1975,the "father of BIM"--professor Chunk Eastman of Georgia tech university created the BIM concept.Since then,the research on BIM technology has gone through three stages:the budding stage,the emergence stage and the development stage.The enlightenment of BIM concept was influenced by the global oil crisis in 1973,and the whole industry in the United States needed to consider the issue of improving the industry efficiency.In 1975,professor Eastman,the"father of BIM",proposed "a computer-based Description of a Building" in his research topic "Building Description System",so as to realize the visualization and quantitative analysis of construction projects and improve the construction efficiency.At present,construction enterprises’ actual demand for in-depth application of BIM technology is constantly expanding,but there are not many enterprises that can truly apply BIM technology and the situation is not clear.In view of the confusion and confusion of construction enterprises in the application of BIM technology,the difficulties encountered by construction enterprises at the company level and project level and the actual situation of the application of BIM technology are collected to help construction enterprises find an effective way to apply BIM technology.Based on a large number of literatures and field investigation,this paper summarizes 15 "factors influencing the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises".A questionnaire survey was conducted on BIM staff at the company level and project level of construction enterprises.In addition,the analytic hierarchy process was applied to rank the 15 influencing factors according to their importance,and five key influencing factors of BIM technology application in construction enterprises were obtained.On this basis,combined with the development and application of BIM technology of the construction enterprise I am responsible for in my actual work,case analysis is carried out to put forward countermeasures for five key influencing factors and help construction enterprises to truly feel the value brought by BIM technology in the process of applying BIM technology.
