Construction And Application Of Supplier Evaluation System In Construction Enterprises

The construction industry has always been an important part of China’s national economy.Compared with the continuous development of China’s national economy,the development speed of the construction industry has slowed down obviously.It is especially important to reduce construction costs and obtain cost leadership.For construction projects of construction enterprises,the cost of material procurement accounts for about 60%-70% of the total project cost,thus controlling the cost of material procurement involves the profit and loss of the whole project.However,the raw materials,equipment and instruments provided by suppliers will directly affect the progress and quality of the project.Therefore,no matter from the aspects of project cost,project quality and construction progress,construction enterprises should attach great importance to the evaluation,selection and management of suppliers.Based on the evaluation and selection of suppliers of prestressed and spatial structure engineering in a construction engineering research institute,this paper investigates the actual situation of evaluation and selection and management of suppliers in the research institute,and more comprehensively and clearly recognizes the internal problems in the process of evaluation and selection and management of suppliers of prestressed engineering in a construction engineering research institute,thus further determining the importance and practicability of constructing the supplier evaluation system of construction enterprises.Combined with the research on supplier evaluation theory,the information collected by organizing expert interviews and questionnaires is used to determine the supplier evaluation index of construction enterprises,to construct an evaluation system,and to carry out quantitative analysis on each evaluation index.According to this system,the supplier evaluation index system model of the research institute prestressed engineering is established,the research institute evaluation working group is set up,and the weight value of evaluation index is calculated and obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis tool,and the application of example verification is carried out.Combining theory with practice,the construction enterprise supplier evaluation system constructed in this paper can also provide reference for other construction enterprises in the process of supplier evaluation selection and management.
