In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for railway passenger transport has risen sharply,especially in large-scale regional railway passages.Therefore,the following problems have arisen:Uneven distribution of infrastructure resources,uncoordinated demand for time-varying passengers,and large differences in passenger types across the line.Therefore,it is difficult to grasp the function positioning of the existing standard lines,and the adaptability of the driving scheme is poor.So,this paper explores the needs of the passenger transport market scientifically and reasonably,we grasp the line function positioning and passenger flow distribution of different design standards accurately.In other words,optimizing the design of passenger products within the regional rail corridor can quickly and efficientlysolve existing problems.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper describes the basic theory and main issues of passenger transport product design for regional railway passages.First,the regional railway passages and passenger products are defined.Then the classification,components and common models of the game theory are explained.Finally,the paper clarifies the design content of passenger transportation products in regional railway passages.This paper focuses on the analysis of the actual changes of passenger flow characteristics,the demand forecast of passenger transportation market and the functional positioning of each line in the passage.(2)This paper predicts the passenger demand of regional railway passages based on the deep learning model.First,the common demand forecasting models and algorithms are introduced.Then the paper constructs a network model based on LSTM and designs the model parameters suitable for the passenger demand of regional railway passages.Finally,the scientific and accuracy of the predictive model is solved and verified by the algorithm.(3)This paper proposes a method based on game theory to explore the distribution of passenger flow between regional railway passages.Firstly,this part analyzes the mechanism and process of the game between lines by using passenger travel utility theory.Then,based on the different objective functions,the regional railway passages line passenger flow distribution model in competition and cooperation game are built and the product is designed.Finally,the inter-line passenger flow assignment problem under the dual model is solved by a heuristic algorithm,which aims to find a strategy for maximizing the benefits of railway passenger transport enterprises in passages.(4)This paper designs and develops a regional railway passage line game system.In this part,the Matlab algorithm package is embedded in the regional railway passage line game system developed by C#2010 language,and the algorithm of inter-line game model algorithm is realized.Firstly,based on sufficient demand analysis,this paper expounds the design goals,operating environment,structure and overall functions of the system.Then the paper shows the system implementation process and part of the key code including game mode selection,game system calculation,calculation process instance and preservation result.Finally,the main features and advantages of the system are proposed.(5)This paper takes the Jiaoji passage as an example to verify the example.According to the model and algorithm described above,the rational parameters of the actual situation of the Jiaoji passage in Shandong Province are firstly formulated and the law of the actual changes of the passenger flow characteristics of the Jiaoji passage is explored,and the future passenger demand in the passage is scientifically predicted.Then,the inter-line game system of the Jiaoji passage is developed proposed in the previous section.And the inter-line passenger flow sharing rate,passenger traffic and revenue indicators are obtained.Finally,the functional positioning of each line and the strategy of maximizing the benefits of railway passenger transport enterprises are obtained.It provides adjustment and optimization for the design of passenger transportation products in existing regional railway passages,and it provides a good reference for the reconstruction and expansion of railway passages in other regions.
