Research On Cooperation Relationship Of Container Sea-rail Combined Transportation Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

Facing the historical opportunities of "one belt and one road" and the realistic challenge of "supply side structural reform",container sea rail multimodal transport has developed rapidly in the Chinese market by virtue of its outstanding advantages such as speed,safety,large capacity and low cost.Developing container sea rail intermodal transportation is the inevitable direction of railway container transportation,and is also the guarantee for rapid development of container transport in ports.The way forward.However,in the highly competitive modern logistics market,there are still many shortcomings in carrying out container sea-rail intermodal transport business.How to break the cooperative relationship between railway transport enterprises and port transport enterprises in the process of container sea-rail intennodal transport,so that both parties can develop healthily,stably and orderly in the intermodal transport.What attitude should the government hold and how to take measures to promote the development of container Rail-sea intermodal transport system,so as to accelerate the development of container Rail-sea intennodal transport stable cooperation process,has become one of the important research directions in the field of container Rail-sea intermodal transport in China.In view of this,the main work of this study is as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on this topic,analyzes the research status of container sea-railway combined transport at home and abroad and makes a comprehensive review,summarizes and summarizes the research content and methods,and points out the main innovation of this research.Secondly,the related concepts and theories are reviewed.It includes the definition of related concepts of container sea-railway combined transport and the elaboration of synergetic theory and evolutionary game,which provides theoretical support for the following research.Then,expatiate the cooperative relationship between the main bodies in container ocean and rail combined transport;Then,by constructing the two-party evolutionary game model of railway transport enterprises and port transport enterprises under the non-government intervention,the cooperative relationship and stability of railway transport enterprises and port transport enterprises are analyzed respectively.Finally,considering the government’s intervention behavior between government,railways and ports enterprises build three evolution model,under the analysis of government intervention,railways and ports business cooperation relations and the changes of the effect on the stability of the system for container transportation in China,using the MATLAB software to analysis results are numerically simulated,and according to the results of the analysis put forward concrete Suggestions on the development of container transportation in sea.
