Based on the mechanical properties of the prestressed beam of the fold line reinforcement,the ANSYS large-scale general finite element software is used as the platform,and the current research results on the local mechanical properties of the prestressed concrete pretensioned structure of the broken line are less.Linear finite element analysis model and finite element refinement analysis.The results obtained by finite element simulation analysis are compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the rationality of the finite element analysis method for analyzing such components.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The Midas civil finite element software is used to create the integral model of the pre-tensioned beam,which simulates the contact between the pre-tensioned beam and the pedestal during the construction phase,and provides a more accurate analysis of the beam's linear control.(2)Simulation of the part(guide plate,pull plate)of the pull plate type bender and its fine analysis.(3)Considering the influence of lateral strain,the formula of the simulation method of the solid steel strand cooling method and the formula of the instantaneous release steel strand are derived,which lays a foundation for the establishment and analysis of the finite element model.(4)In order to analyze the mechanical mechanism of the failure section of the pretensioned tensile end,the finite element simulation analysis of the prestressed steel strand is carried out,and the influence of the prestressed steel strand wedge effect and the impact of the instantaneous impact during the release are considered.Stress on the end of a stressed concrete member.(5)Considering the influence of the failure section,the partial coupling method is used to simulate the bond between the prestressed steel strand and the concrete,and the force of the contact between the steel and the concrete is simulated more realistically;the influence of the nonlinearity of the concrete material is considered.
