With quiet submarines and underwater detection technology being developed, transducer as one important part of the current is developing toward the direction of low-frequency,high-power,small size and broadband.Bender transducer is a traditional low-frequency,small size transducer, but because of its single vibration modal work, resulting in a narrow bandwidth. This paper developed a low-frequency bending transducer, the combination of different resonance frequencies for broadband transmissions.First, according to the principle of resonance Rayleigh frequency and equivalent circuit parameters in a single piece of bending beams Triassic derivation, comparison with Matlab simulation software and ANSYS software to verify the feasibility of the theory.Secondly, the use of ANSYS software to simulate transducer simulation, structural parameters of air and water conductance, send affect the voltage response of the transducers to obtain the structural parameters of the optimized.Simulation results realized through the combination of different resonance peaks to broaden the band, the maximum response at about 130 dB.Finally, according to the size of the optimized prototype production transducer, and its electro-acoustic performance measurements, the measurement results and simulation results.Transducer prototype maximum transmission voltage response for 128.8dB,undulating 6 dB over the frequency range of 1100Hz-1700 Hz,realized through the combination of band broadening.
