For a long time,China is still dominated by extensive and labor-intensive traditional construction,serious pollution,information islands,and more design problems.With the transformation and upgrading of the national economy in recent years,the newly emerging assemblage buildings based on the idea of modular production in factory workshops have transformed the design and construction construction models into the design,production,and installation models,and realized the industrialization of the construction industry.Construction quality,efficiency and environmental impacts have been effectively improved.However,it is undeniable that under the conditions of professionals,management level,standard policies and coordination of all parties,the development of assembly architecture in China is not smooth.How to solve the above problems and achieve the smooth implementation of on-site installation and construction is the current problem.This paper starts with the present situation of the traditional architecture,and compares the advantages of the assembled architecture and the inevitability of the industrialization of the future construction industry.Then through a detailed analysis of the domestic assembly architecture technology system,found and pointed out that the present assembly architecture still exists short plate.Thus,the introduction of BIM technology,using the six characteristics of BIM technology in the assembly of all stages of the life cycle of the building to help all parties improve their work efficiency.In order to make the deepening design phase more reasonable and reduce the unnecessary rework during the construction phase,the parameterized control of BIM technology can automatically split the pre-components in the visual model at the beginning of the design,correct the drawing errors and guide the actual construction.For this reason,Dynamo plug-in under Revit software is used to perform parameterized programming of prefabricated beams,prefabricated panels,and prefabricated internal and external wallboards.In the model,prefabricated concrete components are generated in bulk according to the pre-established database requirements and corresponding reinforcement is formed.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the specification,the amount of concrete and steel bars is extracted to achieve accurate cost control while facilitating the actual construction of the bottom work.Finally,for the more common in-pouring plug-in system,combined with a guaranteed housing project in a city,the compiled Dynamo program is run into this project model,and a bug in the modification program is found from practice.The practical guidance of the production and construction of the prefabricated components reflects the feasibility and research value of the intelligent parameterization control of the assembled building combined with BIM technology.
