With the development of technology and industry,LED lighting products are widely used in today's society.The traditional LED technology uses blue light emitting diode to mix phosphors to achieve the effect of emitting various colors of light.However,due to its technical characteristics,it also brings excessive blue light damage.At present,eye protection lighting in the market mainly relies on non-stroboscopic,soft light,traditional solutions,there are many problems,low cost has become its most prominent feature.What's more,it ignores user experience and lacks humanistic care.LED technology on silicon substrate has the characteristics of energy saving,environmental protection,lighter material,less heat and wider application.This technology is brewing a new industrial structure worldwide.Breaking through the monopoly of the original foreign technology and pursuing the continuous development of new technology can be described as a spiral upward process.With the gradual maturation of LED technology on silicon substrate.The successful development of yellow LED technology with high light efficiency on silicon substrates also provides an important basis for the development of pure LED lighting without phosphor.In this paper,through on-site research,interviews with users,analysis of competing products and other methods to study user needs,clear the ultimate design objectives,combined with silicon substrate LED technology,design and research silicon substrate LED technology eyeguard lighting products in line with user experience,solve the problem of blue light damage in traditional LED lighting products,fill in the research of non-blue light lighting products.The blankness of investigation reflects the respect and concern of the user-centered.Firstly,the concept of LED lighting is analyzed,and the role of silicon substrate LED technology in the corresponding design is emphatically analyzed.Secondly,the development status of LED eye protection products at home and abroad is analyzed.On this basis,the design trend of silicon-based LED eye protection products is established.Combined with the characteristics of the development of the times,the "Internet +" mode of thinking for the LED substrate LED eye protection products + intelligent hardware design concept.Then the design elements of LED eye protection products on silicon substrates are studied in depth,and the user's essential requirements,function and shape considerations,simplicity of interactive experience,simplicity of interfacedesign,and other aspects are discussed and analyzed.The research data are processed,and the design guidance of silicon eye protection lighting products is given.Finally,based on the design strategy of LED eye protection lighting products on silicon substrates,a practical case study is carried out.An effective design evaluation system and evaluation plan are established.First of all,user research,technical services and personnel to user pain point as the center for in-depth research;second,after the design and implementation,clear the design plan and objectives,design product plan;third,complete the design,give the design plan of LED substrate eye protection lighting products;fourth,design evaluation,the design results of usability test,test and draw conclusions,which are not included in the spectrum.Purple and blue components of short wavelength.A series of photobiological experiments show that silicon-based LED eye care products can protect eyes and improve sleep quality,and are highly compatible with the appeal of the American Society of Internal Medicine in 2016.The initiative of "minimizing the health and environmental risks of blue-light LED lighting products" has reference significance and application value for the development of silicon-based LED eye protection lighting products.
