In the process of urbanization in China,a series of urban road traffic problems,such as traffic pollution,traffic safety accidents,traffic congestion and parking difficulties,have arisen.The concept of public transport priority is an inevitable trend to promote the sustainable development of urban traffic,and it is also an important technical means to alleviate urban traffic congestion,improve the travel environment of urban residents and improve the quality of urban traffic services.Bus pre-signaling access control is a new type of bus priority technology based on the theory of bus priority.It provides priority for public transport vehicles through two technical means of bus waiting area and pre-signaling Lane lights,thereby improving the service quality of public transport.Firstly,the paper combs the research status of bus priority and pre-signaling bus priority at home and abroad,analyses the deficiencies in the current situation,and puts forward the improved methods and theories in view of the deficiencies of previous studies,and then determines the research content and technical route of the full text.When researching the pre-signal inlet of the secondary road,the working principle of the pre-signal inlet is analyzed from the aspects of layout form and traffic organization mode of the pre-signal inlet,the setting conditions of the pre-signal inlet are put forward,and the sequence of setting pre-signal in each inlet is studied,and the pre-signal conditions are determined qualitatively and quantitatively.Secondly,the coordinated control theory of main and pre-signal is put forward.Based on this theory,the space and time parameters of pre-signal are preliminarily designed.Secondly,the main signal timing characteristics of pre-signalized intersections are analyzed,and the main signal timing flow of pre-signalized intersections is formulated;the initial scheme of pre-signalized inlet is designed by using the existing signal timing scheme of intersections,and the timing scheme of main signal lights at intersections is optimized based on the data generated by the initial scheme;and the passenger delay model of intersections is established.To solve the optimal pre-signal control scheme and the optimal timing scheme of the main signal lamp at the intersection.Finally,taking an intersection as an example,through the analysis of the actual traffic conditions of the intersection,the key entry lane of pre-signal setting is determined;the control scheme of the bus pre-signal entry lane is designed by taking the key entry lane as an example,and the feasibility of the pre-signal control scheme is checked by the indexes of average passenger delay,average bus delay and average social vehicle delay.Proven.The results show that reasonable pre-signal control scheme can significantly reduce passenger delay at intersections.
