With the rapid development of social economy,the level of people's lives continue to improve.More and more cars are into the homes of ordinary people that resulting in the rapid increase of the number of motor vehicles.However,the construction of urban road infrastructure is lagging behind that resulting in the traffic supply can not meet the traffic demand,which caused a lot of urban traffic problems,especially traffic congestion problem.Bus priority can be efficient use of road resources.That is a good policy to traffic congestion.The pre-signal bus priority is based on the further development of the bus priority.It is a relatively new way of bus priority control.By setting the pre-signal bus priority,you can maximize the provision of space resources and time resources for the bus priority to ensure that the bus access priority at the intersection.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the research of bus priority and the pre-signal bus priority at home and abroad and then elaborates the research content of the pre-signal bus priority.Based on the summary of the two aspects of the layout of the detector and the time forecasting,this paper constructs the time forecasting model which is suitable for predicting the arrival of the pre-signal priority bus by setting the detector to detect the bus information at a specific location.The forecast model predicts the number of arriving bus trips at the intersection.As the bus departure interval is different and with the impact of road traffic,there are some differences in the number of buses in different cycles.Therefore,the paper establishes the dynamic parking rules of the bus waiting area and obtains the data through the time forecasting model so that determines the parking rules of the bus waiting area according to the data.According to the advantages and disadvantages of different bus lanes and the different conditions applicable to the different steering needs of the bus waiting area,that determine the specific form of straight bus waiting area,left turn bus waiting area,right turn bus waiting area and briefly describe the export channel and the layout of the bus station.In this paper,the basic control model of the pre-signal bus priority is studied deeply.By analyzing the shortcomings of the basic control model and combining with the theory of traffic wave,that establish the coordinated control optimization model.The new model can effectively avoids the occurrence of secondary parking at the intersection of social vehicles and ensuring smooth traffic at intersections and avoiding potential traffic accidents.The paper chooses the intersection of Jingshi road and Qingnian road of Jinan as the verification object.According to the specific situation of the intersection,the.pre-signal bus priority space is designed and the signal timing scheme of the main signal and the pre-signal is obtained by the coordinate control optimization model.The simulation results show that the average delay of the bus is significantly reduced under the pre-signal bus priority control.The coordinated control optimization model can effectively avoid the occurrence of secondary parking conditions at the intersection of the social vehicle due to the advance green,light of the pre-signal,which is more effective than the basic control model.The simulation results show that the paper has reached the purpose of the study.
