| As an important measuring device in railway dispatching system,train speed detection device will have a great impact on train safe operation and vehicle dispatching once operation failure occurs.At the same time,the traditional measuring equipment has the problems of high price and complex installation.So,if a speed detection device with strong environmental adaptability,high anti-interference ability and appropriate cost can be developed,it will effectively improve the stability of railway system operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technology of train speed detection device in depth.Based on the laboratory conditions,this thesis designs a speed measurement simulation system.Through the analysis and processing of the signals collected by sensors from upper computer software,the required time and speed information can be obtained,so as to provide the case for practical application.Firstly,this thesis studies various train speed measurement and positioning technologies,and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.After emphatically considering the anti-jamming and environmental adaptability,axle-counting speed measurement technology is chosen as the main research direction.And then,study the principles of various speed sensors and choose KJT-SK12-XH speed sensor as the senor according to the characteristics of frequency response,anti-interference,sensitivity and so on.Secondly,the hardware acquisition module is designed,which mainly includes hardware design and software programming.Hardware design includes AD acquisition module design,MCU minimal system module design,serial communication module design,power module design.At the same time,based on Keil environment,C language is used to program the acquisition module to realize the function of data acquisition.Then,based on the platform of LABVIEW,a speed measurement simulation system is developed,which can realize real-time display and speed measurement processing of the collected data and determination of occupancy status of axle counting interval.Through the cooperation of VISA functions,the data communication between the lower computer and the upper computer can be realized,and the real-time display of the collected data can be carried out.The time and speed parameters can be obtained by data analysis and processing of the collected signals by using the speed measuring subroutine.By comparing the number of square waves in the output waveform of the sensor,the occupied state of the interval is obtained,and the layout of the interactive interface is designed..Finally,the selected sensors and the speed measurement simulation system are verified by experiments.In this part,by building an experimental platform in the laboratory,the related practical engineering application equipment is replaced by the existing equipment in the laboratory,and the experiment is carried out according to the test plan written.Through data comparison,the feasibility and measurement accuracy of the whole system are verified. |
