Design And Implementation Of Signal Detection And Acquisition Module For Axle Counter Track Circuit

With the development of railway modernization and raising of speed in large scale many times, The train because of its heavy weight, running speed, leading to its long braking distance, can not avoid.Therefore, In order to avoid a head-on or rear-end collision accidents in the driving range,there must ensure that no other train in the range. Checking whether the line is occupied is the necessary precondition to ensure the safety and high speed operation of the train. The necessity of raising the speed makes the detection of the key signal in railway equipment become crucial.The main work of this thesis is to design and implement the signal detection and acquisition module of the axle counter track circuit. The module is a real-time detection of the communication quality of the signal when the outdoor signal is transmitted to the room.When the frequency of the collected signal drift, but the magnitude is not yet cause a system failure,the acquisition module can detect promptly and pre-alarm, so as to effectively guarantee the reliable operation of the system.When the axle counting system detects a failure, it can determine the location and nature of the fault according to the collected data provided by the axle counting system,find out the fault quickly and accurately, reducing maintenance time of the system to ensure the railway operation.This thesis firstly make a brief overview of the background and significance for the research.Then analyze the shortcomings of raditionaltrack circuits and the advantages of axle counting systems.Make a a brief introdction about the relevant technical used in the Axle counting acquisition module,such as Signal Isolation Technology,Signal Extraction Technology and high-speed Data Processing based on AMP.Describe the main design plan,operational principle,technical specifications and design standards of Axle acquisition module. Describe the details of hardware design and software implementation for Axle acquisition module.The axle counter equipment track circuit signal detection and acquisition module designed and developmented in this project is the only products that can detector the signal of axle counter system.Their professional measurement and unique application is its core competitiveness,a high level of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) design also makes the products more adaptable site, in a leading position.This products successfully applied to the stability and reliability requirements of high-speed railway, subway, urban rail transport to detect the axle counting system signals, It has a strong use value and bring substantial economic benefits.
