| China is in an aging society,and the building for the aged has become the preferred place for the elderly.As a result of old people body adjustment function drops,the indoor thermal environment of buildings is more strict than that of normal adults.Especially in the hot summer area,the indoor building usually needs to use air conditioning to cool down in order to meet the indoor thermal comfort.However,most of the elderly prefer natural ventilation environment,and the energy consumption of air conditioning accounts for the largest proportion in public buildings.Therefore,how to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning in the building for the aged and at the same time make the indoor environment meet the comfort requirements of the elderly,is an urgent problem for the elderly building.Aiming at this problem,this study selected Nanning elderly care buildings in hot summer and warm winter as the research object.By analyzing the characteristics of summer weather change and the thermal comfort temperature range of the elderly,a dynamic control method suitable for the real-time adjustment of indoor thermal environment according to the outdoor climate change in this area was proposed.Firstly,the neutral temperature calculation method with greater climate correlation is selected as the comfort evaluation method for the elderly,and the comfortable temperature range of the elderly in each room is calculated by judging the outdoor temperature change.At the same time,the weather in the area is classified according to the proportion of time when the outdoor temperature is in the comfortable range of the elderly.It is divided into six different types of cold and hot weather,and the environmental parameters such as temperature change and outdoor wind speed are summarized.Secondly,aiming at the climate characteristics of high temperature,high humidity and weak wind in the region in summer,the thermal environment adjustment design of the residential building unit is proposed,and the design of evaporative cooling sunshade louvers combined with the window is proposed.Through the louvers,the sun is directly blocked into the room,and the temperature can be cooled by the evaporation of water.,and the superposition of the cold radiation cooling effect effectively adjusts the indoor temperature;In addition,by using outdoor natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation of indoor ceiling fans,the indoor airflow speed is increased,the comfortable temperature range of the elderly is compensated,and the indoor thermal environment is further improved.The thermal environment control design is combined with the air conditioning and intelligent system to construct the dynamic control method of the thermal environment of the old-age building.The control design opening conditions are analyzed through different weather parameter changes,and the priority is opened according to the low-energy and the mildest method for the elderly.And the energy-saving thermal environment is dynamically regulated.Finally,the application of thermal environment dynamic regulation method in the residential building unit is carried out to simulate indoor temperature,wind speed and energy consumption to further verily its effectiveness and energy efficiency.The simulation results show that the evaporative cooling member has a good cooling effect on the indoors in the weather with large solar radiation;Natural winds have better effects on indoor thermal environment in cooler weather.High temperature conditions require closing windows to prevent hot air from entering the room;The use of mechanical ventilation combined with evaporative cooling of the sunshade member can achieve the lowest energy consumption and the best effect of the dynamic regulation of the thermal environment;By simulating the energy consumption of the two calculation conditions before and after using the method in the summer(June to September),the calculation of the thermal environment can be used to dynamically adjust the room energy efficiency in the summer to reach 31%,which is generally cool weather,generally The highest energy savings in hot and hot weatherBy constructing a dynamic adjustment method for the thermal environment of old-age buildings in summer hot and warm winter areas,it can provide a thermal environment guidance for the design of old-age buildings in the region,and also has reference value for the design of thermal environment for old-age buildings in different regions. |
