The construction of smart grid has been incorporated into China's national planning outline,and China's smart grid has also entered a critical stage of comprehensive construction.Among them,high-voltage switches,high-voltage electric energy meters,transformers and other equipment as an important part of the distribution network.It play a role in control,measurement and protection in the distribution network.The traditional high-voltage switch function in the distribution network is monofauction and has low intelligence.The traditional metering device has the disadvantages of low safety performance,large errors,high energy consumption,etc.In addition,it cannot meet the requirements to constract strong,reliable,clean and environmentally friendly smart grid.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a one-second fusion intelligent high-voltage switch.On the basis of maintaining the functions of the existing high-voltage switch,it adds functions such as two-way measurements,prepayment,fault location,open and master connection.The integration of the high voltage switch and various functional modules is realized.The main contents of this thesis include:1.Researched the current status of the distribution network.The scope of this thesis is the distribution network of 10 kV voltage class.In this paper,the working principle and structure of the high-voltage switchgear in the distribution network and the high-voltage metering equipment in the distribution network are analyzed in detail,and the problems existing in the distribution are pointed out.The impact of the grid.2.Designed a kind of one-time fusion intelligent high-voltage switch to replace the joint function of high-voltage switch,transformer,high-voltage electric energy meter in the distribution network in the past.The electric energy metering module,the sampling unit,the source unit and the wireless transmission module are embedded in the high-voltage electrical switch device,and the current and voltage measurement signals are obtained by the high-voltage current and voltage sampling device,and the standard current measurement signal and the standard voltage measurement signal are input into the electric energy measurement.The module completes the signal processing and energy metering,and finally sends the output signal of the energy metering module to the wireless transmission module for wireless transmission,completes the measurement of the final power,and controls the breaking of the high voltage switch through the setting of the system.3.Through the analysis of the first-time fusion intelligent high-voltage switch working condition,the design of reinforced insulation of the first-time fusion intelligent high-voltage switch is carried out.These include the use of a resistor-divider voltage sensor,increase the creepage distance,increase the thickness of the insulation,and use a full vacuum castingprocess to enhance the insulation of the sensing portion of the high-voltage energy metering device of the intelligent high-voltage switch.4.Test and verify the design of the first and second fusion intelligent high-voltage switch.According to the provisions of the national standards,the test plan is formulated to test and verify the one-time intelligent high-voltage switch.The insulation test of the high-voltage switch part,the basic error test of the high-voltage energy metering part and the test process of the high-temperature aging test are detailed.description.This paper explores the composition of a second-time intelligent high-voltage switch,and completes the test verification of the first-time fusion intelligent high-voltage switch,realizes the integration of primary equipment and secondary equipment,and meets the requirements of high-voltage equipment for smart grid construction.
