Multi-value Promotion Based Research On Regeneration Strategy Of Urban Historical Water System

As China enters a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,urban development is no longer confined to the pursuit of the economy.It has begun to be guided by the concept of green development,with the people as the center,to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life.As an important part of the urban space system,the urban historical water system directly affects the quality of life of residents and the level of urban development.At present,the research on the regeneration of historical water system is still mainly based on the transformation and storage capacity,the research perspective is limited to a single value,and the multi-value-oriented regeneration research is lacking.Therefore,this paper takes Changchun’s historical water system as the research object,and tries to explore the methods and Strategies of its regeneration from the perspective of multiple values.Firstly,through the definition of related concepts and the connotation of water system regeneration,the paper clarifies the connotation and emphasis of water system regeneration,and analyzes the relevant research theory of urban historical water system regeneration,which lays a theoretical foundation for the historical water system regeneration of Changchun City.Secondly,it combs the development and formation of Changchun’s historical water system and its value characteristics.From the perspective of value evaluation,it makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of Changchun’s historical water system,which provides a research basis for formulating accurate regeneration strategies.Thirdly,based on the perspective of multi-value improvement,we have carried out sufficient research on typical practice cases at home and abroad,and summarized three classic models for water system regeneration practice at home and abroad: water system regeneration model with ecological restoration as the goal,and water system regeneration with economic recovery as the goal.The model and the water system regeneration model aiming at cultural inheritance;on the basis of type summary and classic case analysis,the overall strategy of water system regeneration is proposed from three aspects: ecological value enhancement,economic value improvement and historical and cultural value enhancement.Finally,combined with the particularity of the current status of various historical water systems in Changchun City and the applicability of the regeneration model,the appropriate regeneration mode was selected,and the historical water system regeneration strategy with different value enhancement was proposed,and the benefits after regeneration were reasonably prospected.
