The one who get the mobile will get the future and the one who get the socializing will get the world. So the combination of mobile and social will become very powerful.In recent years the development of the domestic mobile social products present a flourishing situation with the universal access to mobile Internet and intelligent mobile terminal. The social and mobile has become the two irreversible trend of the development of the current domestic Internet. An excellent user experience design for product has become a powerful and impregnable chip in the differentiation competition when the mobile social networking products have sprung up in succession.This paper has taken the domestic flowering mobile social products in recent years on as the main research object and studied extensively and researched in depth combined with the background of the era, industry and academic. This paper has carried a deep analysis on the user experience from the perspective of cognitive psychology, behavioral science, ergonomics. Then this paper has applied the research results to the design practice and analyzed and refined the practical problems in the campus life of the Kunming University of Science and Technology and listed the improvement measures. This paper has designed a mobile social product which named the handheld Kunming University of Science with the idea of the new handheld campus life combined with the development of the mobile social background at the same time. How to use the character of the mobile client to design the social product and satisfy the users’ requirement of the mobile social eventually experience has always been the focus of attention in this paper.Firstly this paper has researched the common characteristics of the domestic mobile social products. This paper analyzed selectively the category of the product relationship, the main participants, the user demand, the transmission form, the own advantages and the product type. Secondly this paper has demonstrated the product of the mobile client combined with the theory of the user experience from the perspective of the theoretical research. Once again, from the aspect of the design practice, this paper has summarized the methods how to improve the user experience of the mobile social products including user research, requirements gathering, design elements, information architecture, etc. Finally, this paper has completed the prototype design of the mobile social handheld Kunming University of Science guided by the theoretical research.
