Investigation On Roof Greening In Hangzhou And Countermeasure Research

With the rapid development of modern urban construction and the rapid increase of urban population in China,in order to meet the needs of diversified urban economic development and people's daily life,new residential,shopping malls,public construction projects,factories and factory buildings are increasing,and the area of urban green land is decreasing.Ecological problems such as urban heat island effect,haze and water pollution began to emerge.On the "19th CPC National Congress ",the state pays more attention to the healthy development of urban ecology.Therefore,the comprehensive promotion of roof greening in China is particularly important for the development of ecological cities.This paper focuses on the development of roof greening at home and abroad and related laws and regulations.Through analytical research on:(1)Analyze the development of roof greening at home and abroad through literature research.The roof greening is divided into lawn type,combination type,garden type roof greening,and the different scope of application is discussed.(2)Through the study of relevant laws and regulations on roof greening at home and abroad.It is found that at present there are some difficulties in the development of our country because there are no corresponding compulsory laws and regulations and no strong encouragement policy support.The comprehensive promotion of roof greening as an eco-city development initiative in China requires many preconditions: not only should the selection of plants be scientific and reasonable,but the selection of roof greening types should be appropriate,and local government departments should launch relevant incentives to support and unify the design and construction technology.Standard.It is more necessary for local governments to issue mandatory policies in order to develop rapidly,steadily and healthily.(3)Through the questionnaire of Hangzhou citizens,statistical analysis was found.It was found that there are fewer roof greening projects in Hangzhou,and there are still deficiencies in the publicity of the public.(4)Through the case analysis of roof greening in Hangzhou,the shortcomings in the development of roof greening in Hangzhou were summarized and corresponding development suggestions were put forward.We will draw on domestic and foreign policies and experience in supporting roof greening,enact relevant laws and regulations to support roof greening construction,scientifically and rationally plan urban development,strictly control the approval process for construction,strengthen industry technology and standardize management,and promote the development of ecological cities in Hangzhou.We will increase the number of public approval channels for building roof greening,and let social forces jointly promote roof greening.
