Research On Urban Water Logging Prophylaxis And Treatment In Ningbo

With the frequent occurrence of extreme weather conditions,many cities in China have been hit by heavy rains,causing serious urban guilt.The frequent occurrence of disasters in cities has not only greatly affected the public safety of the city and the normal development of the economy and society,but also plagued the operation of urban residents' work and life order,and exposed the problems in urban planning and construction.Guilt has become one of the universal problems facing China's cities,but the focus of prevention and control of infighting between cities is not the same.Along with the continuous occurrence of guilt,the contradiction between urban drainage system and rapid urbanization,the contradiction between the construction of strong drainage system and modernization standards,the lag of the construction of flood control and drainage system,the awareness of flood prevention and the weak concept of disaster prevention continue to emerg,affect the construction and development of the city.The geographical characteristics of different cities are quite different,and the causes of their internal defects are different.In the early stage of this paper,through the combing of literature review,the related concepts and basic theories are expounded,and the related experience of prevention and treatment of internal hemorrhoids at home and abroad is summarized,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research on prevention and control of internal hemorrhoids.Taking Ningbo,a coastal city in Zhejiang Province as an example,the status quo of flood control and flood control in Ningbo was studied from the aspects of historical shackles,urban drainage projects,flood control projects,and disaster prevention systems.The systematic and comprehensive analysis of the causes of internal locusts was carried out,and it was found that it was in the process of prevention and control of internal mites.The existing problems,combined with the background of sponge city construction,put forward a set of framework for prevention and control of the interior of ecological city construction and management.Determining the prevention and control strategy of guilty conditions according to local conditions is the key to improving the ability of disaster prevention within cities.The prevention and control of infighting in Ningbo is an important project that affects the sustainable development of cities,urban ecology and the good operation of cities.From the perspective of urban management research,the article puts forward countermeasures such as promoting low-impact development and construction,increasing green infrastructure construction,improving urban flood control system,andstrengthening urban management work for disaster prevention and emergency,in order to fundamentally prevent and control Ningbo city.Guilt provides a useful reference for the prevention and control of urban locusts in similar areas.
