During the heating period,due to the operating characteristics of the heat-generator units,the peaking capacity of the system is seriously insufficient,resulting in serious wind-supply problems during the heating period,although the wind energy resources in northern China are abundant.In order to reduce the wind curtailment rate,A number of wind power heating projects have been successively launched in recent years,which has played a positive role in reducing the wind curtailment rate and reducing air pollution.The existing wind power heating projects can be divided into wind farm investment mode,thermal power plant investment mode and independent subject investment mode according to different investment entities.Among them,the independent main investment mode can be divided into directly purchase wind power mode,directly purchase thermal power and interruptible load peaking operation mode according to different operating modes.The economics of the wind power heating projects of different investment entities directly determine whether the model has the necessity and feasibility of promotion and application.In response to this problem,the profit level and social comprehensive benefits of each mode are separately calculated in the case of taking into account the peaking trading mechanism of the power auxiliary service.Based on the research on the classification and operation mode of thermal storage electric heating,the paper summarizes and compares the current peaking auxiliary service transaction mechanism in each region from the aspects of participants,purchasers,trading models,price mechanism and settlement methods,and analyzes the different investment modes.The characteristics of heat load,power purchase,heat storage electric heating operation strategy and type of peaking auxiliary service are analyzed in different investment modes.Considering the system's electrical load and heat load,based on the time series production simulation,the initial situation,wind farm investment mode,thermal power plant investment mode and independent main investment mode of the combined heat and power planning model are established.The system unit output and thermal storage electric heating operation are carried out and the basic data needed to calculate profitability and overall social benefits is simulated.On this basis,the heat storage electric heating operation cost is analyzed,and the wind farm investment mode,thermal power plant investment mode and independent entity investment mode profit level and social comprehensive benefit calculation model are established.Taking the actual power generation and heat supply in a province in northeast China as an example,the simulation of the operation of each unit and the operation of the heat storage type electric heating after the implementation of the wind power heating project of different investment entities was carried out.The wind farm investment model,thermal power plant investment model and independent entity investment model's profit level and social comprehensive benefit were calculated respectively,and the sensitivity analysis of each model's profit level was carried out,and the boundary conditions when different models reached the benchmark rate of return were calculated.
