| With the continuous growth of wind power installed capacity,the contradiction between supply and demand of source and load in my country’s "Three North Regions"(Northeast,Northwest,and North China)is becoming more and more serious,and wind abandonment often occurs.During the winter heating period,the peak shaving capacity of thermal power units used for peak shaving drops sharply,and the power grid receives less space for wind power.In order cope with the increasing wind power curtailment,this paper adopts the method of comfort load power interval and wind power prediction error to absorb wind power.In order solve the problem of local consumption of wind power and alleviate the difficulty of wind power grid-connected operation in winter.This paper has done the following research:(1)Based on the hierarchical heat demand theory,this paper uses the elastic heat demand in on-demand heating to derive the thermal comfort of the indoor environment.The influencing factors of indoor temperature are expounded,and the human comfort evaluation index(PMV)of the international ISO-7730 standard,and the indoor comfort interval under different indexes is calculated by calculation examples.(2)Study the dynamic characteristics of the electric boiler heating system,analyze the dynamic physical model of the three parts of the electric boiler heating system,the heat source,the building user,and use the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to build the simulation model of the heating system.The correctness of the model is verified through the comparison of static and dynamic simulation under working conditions.(3)Aiming at the problem of many influencing factors and delay in the prediction of heat load interval,this paper establishes a heat load interval prediction model based on the dynamic model of the electric boiler heating system.The load power is calculated by the method with the smallest variance between the indoor temperature value corresponding to the load power value and the upper and lower limits of the comfort level,and then the particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the power interval.(4)In order for the wind power-heat storage electric boiler system to absorb wind power to a greater extent,this paper establishes a wind power consumption model for the combined operation of "source-storage-load".The minimum cost of wind curtailment is the objective function.Through the simulation cost analysis,the dispatching plan with the minimum cost of the wind power-heat storage electric boiler system is obtained. |
