Power generation coal-fired boilers are the main thermal equipment for providing steam during operation of thermal power generating units.With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for power resources has further increased,and higher requirements have been put forward for energy-saving and efficiency and economic operation of power plant coal-fired boilers.However,coal-fired boilers are a complex system with time-varying,strong coupling,many disturbances,influencing factors and strong uncertainty.Therefore,research on the optimization control technology of the combustion process of coal-fired boilers is of great significance for enterprises to achieve energy saving and economic benefits.In this paper,Laigang 4#75t/h coal-fired power generation boiler is taken as the research object.Based on the analysis of boiler combustion process principle,influencing factors and optimization control requirements,the desuperheating water flow,air supply volume and air intake volume are taken as input.The main steam temperature,the oxygen content of the flue gas and the negative pressure of the furnace are controlled.A three-input-three-output boiler combustion optimization control scheme based on generalized predictive control is proposed to ensure the safety and economy of the boiler operation.Through collecting and controlling the input and output data of the control system,the paper establishes three auto-regressive sliding models of the three-input-single output subsystem,and then uses the RLS method to identify the model parameters.Then,based on the generalized predictive control theory,the combustion optimization is established.The multivariate implicit generalized predictive self-tuning control model is used to solve the incremental expression of the optimal control rate and control quantity through the objective function.On this basis,MATLAB is used to simulate the control system under model adaptation and mismatch,and the accuracy and effectiveness of the control scheme are analyzed and verified.Finally,this paper uses the force control industrial configuration software to design the combustion optimization automatic control system of coal-fired boilers,and carries out related software development.The results of on-site operation show that the system has good control effect.
