| The coal-fired boiler is an important thermal power equipment in the operation of a thermal power generating unit,and its stability is directly related to the safe and economic operation of the entire unit.With the rapid development of my country’s national economy,the demand for energy is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for energy saving,emission reduction and economic operation of power station boilers.However,the combustion system of coal-fired boilers is more complicated,and there are many interference factors,which have strong uncertainty.Therefore,in order to reduce the energy consumption of boiler combustion and improve the thermal efficiency of boiler combustion,the study of coal-fired boiler combustion optimization is of great significance for energy saving,emission reduction and improving the economic benefits of power plants.This paper takes the 150 t coal-fired boiler of the 42 MW generator set in the 3workshop of Laiwu Iron and Steel Power Plant as the research object.First,the structure and process principle of the coal-fired boiler combustion system are introduced,and the factors affecting the optimization of boiler combustion are explained.On the basis of the existing control scheme,a combustion optimization control scheme based on implicit generalized predictive control is proposed;secondly,the system modeling mechanism is summarized,the principle of recursive least squares system identification is explained,and the discrete The mathematical model of the system.On this basis,use MATLAB software to identify the mathematical model of the discrete system and verify the accuracy of its mathematical model;then,design an IGPC control strategy based on the combustion optimization control system of coal-fired boilers,and then use MATLAB software to model the control system The simulation verification is carried out under two different conditions of adaptation and mismatch.Through simulation analysis,the correlation characteristics between the increase of pulverized coal and the actual output are obtained,so that the control system has good stability and also verifies the program’s performance.Reasonable feasibility;Finally,the design requirements of the combustion optimization control system are introduced,and the relevant software,hardware and monitoring screen design are carried out according to the design requirements.By comparing the real-time graphs of the main steam pressure before and after commissioning,the actual application effect of the IGPC control strategy in the combustion optimization control system of the coal-fired boiler is analyzed,and the effectiveness of the combustion optimization control system is also verified. |
