Nowadays,with the advanced development of industry,the application of gear can be described as widely,as well as gear is the key component of many equipments during operation.Especially,the reason lead to gear failure is that the contact part on gear tooth surface generates the instantaneous high temperature results the surface glue of gear tooth,when gear is implementing the high-speed and heavy-duty transmission task.Therefore,in the process of gear transmission,the monitoring and research for surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth has become the main reference to grasp the tooth surface glued bearing capacity about various kinds of gears.Currently,although the acquisition for the surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth with high-speed changing has been achieved in few measuring practice,the equipment are not only outdated and costly,but also inconvenient,even monofunctional.And as a result,it is extremely troublesome in both verifying the theoretical research in practice and implementing the follow-up research around measured results for the relevant work.In this thesis,the relization of monitoring and visualization about gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperature is studied,considering the backwardness of measuring and inspecting tools for the surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth.In order to make a comprehensive update in both hands of data acquisition and data showing,it is proposed that,based on the theory of dynamic thermocouple temperature measurement,a monitoring system for the surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth,which consists of two parts,i.e.,the hardware part responsible for data acquisition and conversion,and the software part for user operation with data display and analysis,by using STM32 microprocessor and Microsoft Visual C#advanced programming language with the existing mature development environment and broad program customization freedom.The proposed system not only successfully realizes accurate measurement of the gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperature,but also has a conveniently opearted and intuitively visual software,which is customized a series of assisted functions for data analysis to serve the relavant research,by using C#programming language during implementation.Thus,the system is able to achieve the development goals of reducing equipment cost,facilitating user operation and improving research efficiency.And the main research contents are summarized as follows:Firstly,develop a measurement scheme for the surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth by synthesizing the related basic theories and research results.Secondly,design a control circuit board,based on STM32 microprocessor,to implement all kinds of data capture work for the system,such as data acquisition and calibration for the surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth and the measurement of gear speed,as well as to connect with the host computer through the universal serial bus to realize the data interaction.Thirdly,design and develop a windows forms application with Microsoft Visual Studio as the development platform for the host computer under the.NET Framework 4.5 by using the C#programming language,so as to realize the command control of serial port opening and closing,data acquisition and other operations on the control circuit board,complete the display,analysis,storage,playback,comparison of data acquisition results and the estimation for main characteristic parameters of gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperature and make it available as an installer.Fourthly,establish the measuring environment for the surface instantaneous contact temperature of gear tooth described as the proposed system to carry out the measuring practice then to verify the accuracy of the proposed system by comparing the measured result of gear tooth surface instantaneous contact temperature from this system with the theoretical calculated result and another measured result obtained by others.
