Research On Detachable Packaging Design Based On Waste Textile Fabrics

Consumption upgrades and online shopping have prompted a rapid increase in demand for packaging,which in turn has resulted in large amounts of packaging waste.Introducing a detachable design into the packaging design can solve the problem of waste of resources caused by packaging.Through the relevant analysis and research,the modular structure,one-piece structure and multi-piece structure in the detachable structure are selected to explore the detachable packaging design based on waste textile fabrics,combined with the zipper connection process and the strap connection process.The process realizes the possibility that the package can be reused after being disassembled and reorganized.The feasibility of the detachable packaging design method based on waste textile fabrics was verified by practice,and the needs of detachable packaging design based on waste textile fabrics and the problems to be considered were summarized.
