Research On Project Quality Management Of New Product Development For D Company

With the adjustment of industrial policy and the change of market policy,sanitary ware enterprises in developed countries like Europe and America gradually focus their resources on the core fields of market,research and development,and outsource production to Asian countries like China.Due to the individuation and complexity of sanitary products,the technology requirements of products are getting higher and higher,and the overall capacity of enterprises in Asia is uneven,so that the risk of quality of new product development projects are getting higher and higher,The previous project quality management methods become out of style..In this context,study how to improve the quality management methods of new product development projects in the bathroom industry,reduce the quality problems and risk of quality failure,improve the overall quality effect of the project,and ensure the stability of product quality and the reliability of delivery date will be meaningful.This thesis mainly studies how to use the project quality management theory and related tools to analyze and solve the project quality management problems in the new product development project of the bathroom industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the industry,the background of D company and the problems existing in D company’s project quality management.Then the project quality management theory and related quality improvement tools are combined to put forward the improvement plan.Next,take D company Hybrid faucet development project as an example to analyze the applicability of the improved solution in the new product development project of sanitary enterprises.Finally,through the evaluation and comparison of the project quality effect before and after the improvement scheme,the effectiveness of the improved project quality management mode to the new product development project of sanitary enterprises is illustrated.This thesis combines the theoretical knowledge of project quality management with relevant tools and methods to develop solutions of project quality planning,project quality implementation,project quality inspection and project quality disposal.Through D company Hybrid project case,the applicability and effectiveness of project quality improvement scheme in the quality management of new product development projects of sanitary enterprises are demonstrated.It is proved that the improvement scheme of quality management plays an important role in improving the level of project quality management,reducing the risk and cost of project quality,and improving the efficiency of project development.It provides a good reference method for the improvement of quality management of new product development projects in the same industry of sanitary ware in China.
