| As a key industry of my country’s processing industry,the sanitary equipment industry plays a great role in realizing my country’s strategy of building a manufacturing power and promoting supply-side reform.The new type of sanitary fittings hose industry,as an important part of the sanitary equipment industry,has a deepening influence on the development of my country’s plumbing processing industry.At the 19 th Party Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly stated that the current national economic development in my country has shifted from a rapid development stage to a quality development stage.Under this new normal economic development environment,my country’s manufacturing industry should adhere to quality Based on the guiding principle,we will realize the transformation from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.At present,quality has become the key to improving the competitiveness of my country’s sanitary equipment industry,and even an important factor affecting the further development of my country’s sanitary equipment industry.The quality level of material parts is directly related to the overall quality of sanitary products.Therefore,how to strengthen the quality management of sanitary product parts and improve the production quality of its parts is the main problem currently facing the sanitary equipment manufacturing industry,which has attracted widespread attention and great attention from relevant scholars and experts.The article takes Tucai Hose Manufacturing Company as the empirical research object,through on-site investigations and field visits,combined with the theoretical viewpoints related to total quality management,summarizes and analyzes the main problems in the total quality management process;at the same time,Through the systematic analysis method,combined with the relevant theories and tools of total quality management,the causes of the total quality management problems have been systematically analyzed,and corresponding improvement opinions and countermeasures have been given to improve its total quality management level.According to the analysis of the article,it is not difficult to find that Tucai Company still has many problems in total quality management,such as poorunderstanding of the connotation of total quality management,weak quality awareness of cadres and employees,insufficient quality training,and quality assessment and incentive mechanism imperfect.This article first conducts a systematic study of the total quality management in the United States and other developed countries,and provides references and references for Tucai to improve the total quality management,and on this basis,gives corresponding improvement opinions and countermeasures,including optimizing its management System,management process,creating a cultural atmosphere for quality management,etc.The research in this article provides a theoretical reference and reference for the company to optimize and improve its total quality management system,and it also provides theoretical guidance for other enterprises to conduct total quality management.The article also proposes safeguard measures for the implementation of strategies from four aspects:building a company’s quality culture,introducing talents and equipment,building a quality information platform,and strengthening supplier quality control.The research in this article can not only make a certain contribution to the future quality development of Tucai,but also provide a certain theoretical reference for the quality management of other companies in the bathroom industry. |
