At present,the rapid development of science and technology,the improvement of independent innovation capabilities,and the acceleration of industrial transformation and upgrading have become an important part of national policies.With the continuous deep cooperation between the innovation subjects,science and technology collaborative innovation came into being and gradually became a new development mode.However,compared with developed countries,the efficiency of China's science and technology collaborative innovation development is still low,and there are shortcomings such as lack of timely information exchange,non-disclosure of information,geographical or domain restrictions,unsmooth technical linkage between innovation subjects,and low conversion rate of results.Therefore,the way to properly share effective scientific and technological resources has become an urgent problem.Collaborative innovation in science and technology is a network innovation model that integrates the resources of various subjects to achieve scientific and technological innovation.It mainly includes knowledge creation entities in universities and research institutions and body of technological innovation in enterprises.Effective sharing of instrument resources among collaborative innovation subjects is the focus of this paper.The cooperation between science and technology collaborative innovation subjects is closer,which makes it possible to improve the sharing utilization rate of instruments.Users query problems intelligently and accurately match instruments and equipment,which promote the transformation of scientific research results and improve the service society.In order to open up the information barrier between the collaborative innovation entities and realize the complementary advantages of each subject,through the research on the scientific and technological collaborative innovation instrument sharing platform and instrument model,a scientific and technological collaborative innovation instrument sharing platform is established.The main research results are as follows:(1)Research and design technology collaborative innovation instrument sharing platform.By analyzing the current construction status of the instrument sharing management platform,it is proposed that the scientific and technological collaborative innovation instrument sharing will solve the problem.Then,from the aspects of use group,sharing purpose,management system,etc.,it is necessary to study the scientific and technological collaborative innovation instrument sharing platform.Finally,researchers design the role management,security management,and instrument reservation process introduction in theplatform in detail.(2)Research and build instrument models.By analyzing the characteristics of the instrument and equipment,the instrument equipment knowledge representation model is established.The instrument equipment vector model is constructed by TF-IDF method,and the instrument equipment knowledge model is extended.The LSA model is introduced and a conceptual model of instrument equipment based on latent semantics is proposed.Through in-depth study of the semantic relationship between terms and texts,and based on the latent semantic model to achieve the clustering of instrumentation,the final instrument model research is completed.(3)Design and achieve a platform for sharing scientific and technological innovation instruments.The platform adopts B/S architecture.By analyzing the target and functional requirements of the whole platform,the overall structure is designed.The platform is divided into main functional modules including instrument sharing,instrument model and system setting and so on,which introduces the implementation process of each module in detail.Then,the final results are presented to the user in a visual form,and finally the results achieved after the specific operation of the platform are given.The platform realizes the integration of multi-role and multi-task cross-platform resources,thus it effectively ensures the gradual realization of the sharing of scientific and technological collaborative innovation resources.The platform is applied to the Xinxiang City Health Industry Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and deployed in Alibaba Cloud.
