Building materials and home decoration industry is one of the pillar industries of national economy,which has been developing rapidly with the golden decade of real estate.In recent years,with the macroeconomic policy and real estate industry adjustment,building materials and home decoration industry is also in the industry adjustment period,the industry overcapacity,idle resources and employees surplus?With the vigorous development of e-commerce,consumer demand more personalized and diversified,building materials,home decoration industry,the original business model has been unable to adapt to the new needs and changes in the market,especially consumer shopping and service experience Aspects,consumers are not satisfied with the problem is very prominent,the market calls for innovation and change.For the building materials and home decoration industry,the traditional model encountered a lot of bottlenecks,product homogeneity,the price is high and opaque,consumers need to face different suppliers,time-consuming energy;The Internet home decoration platform cannot meet the consumer,on the one hand consumers need to experience the rigid experience of product and service experience,only online process cannot complete the order;the other hand,cannot meet the consumer shopping product cost,convenience and security Rest assured and so on,the existing model has limitations.With the rise of the new e-business model O2O and the shared economic model in the Internet age,new business models need to be developed to meet consumer demand.The author in the building materials industry for many years,has a wealth of experience and resources.After analyzing the use of the Internet to transform the traditional building materials industry and home decoration industry,the establishment of different from the existing market on the business model to solve the industry pain points to enhance the existence of opportunities for consumer experience,this proposed joint team,integration of resources,and as a business project.This article is the author of their own ongoing business projects as the research background,to explore the construction of a new business model,the use of the Internet from the channel and product and service at both ends of the building materials industry,home decoration industry operating model remodeling,To share the economic model of integration of excess and idle resources,coupled with supporting the core resources to build the Internet "shared+self-operation" and"sharing and collaborative consumption" platform to meet consumer demand.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the domestic industry and home decoration industry,and analyzes the development and operation mode of the Internet home decoration industry,and further analyzes the current pain points and future trends and opportunities of consumers to build a new business model.Shortcomings and business model characteristics,and finally elaborate the development of new business model implementation of the safeguards,hoping to initiate,the relevant areas of research contributed.
