With the continuous development of informatization in the construction industry,efficient collaborative sharing of AEC project information has become the focus of the industry.At present,China's construction project information system management level and technical capacity is limited.During the project implementation,the amount of information generated is huge,the types are complex and diversified,the degree of information integration and sharing is low,the lack of effective information coordination among organizations,the existence of information fault and information isolated island phenomenon.Therefore,to the development of information technology in the construction of obstruction,reducing the project management performance.In recent years,with the development and application of building information model BIM technology in the field of construction,it provides a new opportunity for the information management of construction AEC project.As a project information carrier,the building information model itself has the function of parametric definition and digital visualization,which can provide a powerful technology platform for the project information integration and sharing,and then realize the standardized management of project information.Therefore,BIM is introduced into the project information management,the establishment of BIM information collaborative sharing platform,the integration and sharing of project information,the breaking down of information cooperation barriers among organizations and the improvement of collaborative project information efficiency.Based on the current situation and demand of collaborative sharing of AEC project information in construction industry,this dissertation studies the collaborative sharing mechanism of information and related technologies.Based on this,the collaborative sharing platform architecture of BIM information is constructed and the functional modules of nine platform systems are analyzed.At the same time,each functional layer of the platform architecture was introduced systematically.Cloud computing theory and technology are used to connect information resources to form a pool of information resources for categorizing and storing massive information and to publish information to platform users in a package service mode to achieve integrated storage and integration optimization of information resources.Meet the needs of information exchange between organizations.Research and analysis of BIM information sharing platform security technology,on the basis of which platform information security defense system is established to ensure the security of platform data information.Finally,through the application case analysis of BIM information collaborative sharing platform in actual projects,this paper focuses on the platform-based collaborative information sharing process of AEC project participants.At the same time,based on the actual project papers,the BIM implementation organization structure and the BIM information sharing system are also described in detail.The project benefits are also analyzed,further demonstrating the feasibility of BIM information sharing platform in the project information management.It provides a reference for the application of BIM information collaborative sharing platform in practical engineering projects and has some reference value.
