During the transportation process of nuclear power grade zirconium chloride,the vibration of the transport trolley and the poor sealing performance of the storage tank will cause the residue after the chemical reaction of zirconium chloride to contact with the moisture in the air to produce acid smoke,which will damage the field staff.Health,and damage to workshop production equipment.In this paper,the following research work is carried out on the static and dynamic characteristics of the transport trolley and the contact stress of the seal:(1)The paper carries out the structural design of the transport device,including the structural design of the double-layer trolley and the design of the hydraulic system.(2)The thesis carries out theoretical calculation and finite element analysis on the transportation system;including static analysis of the orbit of the transportation system,the maximum equivalent stress and maximum deformation of the orbit are obtained at the contact between the wheel and the track,and the maximum equivalent stress is far.It is smaller than the yield stress of the track,and the maximum deformation is also small,and the selected track meets the actual demand.At the same time,the modal analysis of the upper car and the lower car body is carried out,and the sixth-order natural frequency of the car is obtained.The natural frequency of the car body is much larger than the working frequency of the hydraulic motor.The car body does not have resonance phenomenon,and the designed car meets the actual demand.(3)The paper analyzes the finite element analysis of key parts of the transportation system,including the research on the end position of the hydraulic system driving trolley.The theoretical calculation combined with the finite element simulation analysis;the throttle valve deceleration is required when the buffer stroke of the trolley is not less than 1m,can achieve soft contact between the car body and the positioning device.For the optimization analysis of the axle of the car,the reliable probability of the axle of the trolley is 0.997 to meet the actual demand.(4)The paper analyzes the design of the seal and the contact stress of the seal,including the main structural mechanics calculation,material selection and parameter check of the seal.The calculation of the sealing pressure of the material tank is carried out by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis;when the maximum contact stress of the sealing ring is greater than the pressure applied by the outside of the sealing ring,the sealing plug achieves the sealing effect.The oil pressure in the 6MPa-16 MPa sealing plugs all achieve the sealing effect,and the sealing performance becomes better with the increase of the external pressure value and the compression amount of the sealing ring.The study of nuclear power grade zirconium chloride transport devices and sealing devices is of great significance for improving product quality and efficiency as well as economic and environmental protection.
