With the rapid development of social economy,energy shortages and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly severe,seriously affecting the survival and development of human beings,and attracting more and more people's attention.A large number of research results and data have been obtained by relevant energy enterprises and organizations all over the world.However,these energy research results and data have different views and even contradictions,and they have not been effectively integrated and applied in depth.The main content of this paper is to study the construction process and implementation effect of the G'global energy information acquisition and analysis platform.On the one hand,this paper comprehensively analyses the requirements of comprehensive data,research results management,data analysis and display.According to these requirements,the author gives a design scheme which including design principles,overall architecture design,business architecture design,application architecture design,technology architecture design,data architecture design and security architecture design.The development and operation environment of the platform are described,and the main functions of index query,report collaboration,power grid map display,large screen display are introduced.On the other hand,from the four aspects of platform function effect,platform non-functional effect,user capability promotion level and implementation team service level determined the evaluation index system of the implementation effect of the platform.And the implementation effect of the platform is evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the conclusion that the overall implementation of the platform was excellent was obtained.At the same time,according to the evaluation results,it is found that the non-functional effect of the platform needs to be improved and strengthened,and some related suggestions are put forward in order to optimize the application of this platform and further enhance the business development of global energy research.In addition,by applying the theory of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to practical research activities the theory and method can be further verified and enriched,and can also be used as a reference evaluation of the implementation effect of related systems.
