Generally, large public buildings have problems of low energy efficiency and difficult to supervise. Its huge energy consumption attracted national attention. Our country has adopted a series of policies and measures to explore the potential for energy savings and change the situation of high energy consumption of large public buildings. At present, all over the country are developing monitoring and energy saving control system of large public buildings. The energy monitoring system proposed by Shandong Lichuang technology company is in line with the policy of energy saving and environmental protection and emission reduction. It has very important theoretical significance and value.Based on the software engineering theory, the thesis explains the design and implementation of large public buildings energy-consuming supervision system. It introduces the current research and project background of energy-consuming supervision system, and analyzes the problems to be solved. Using unified modeling language, the thesis proposes the functional and non-functional requirements analysis of the system, technical architecture and functional architecture also. The whole system is divided into four parts:data acquisition, database, data split and upload, web publishing system. The system is developed and operated in Windows platform with.NET framework technology. Development tool is Microsoft Visual Studio and the language is VB.NET. The chart generation engine is FusionCharts. The system has two kinds of mode:C/S structure which is used in data acquisition and B/S structure which is used in webpage publishing system. The system realizes the acquisition and transmission of massive amounts of energy consumption data in office building and workshops. It builds a high degree of sharing and reliability database which can connect with the city’s energy consumption database. It also builds a platform for users to query and analysis the energy consumption data.It saves the manpower and material resources and improves efficiency and management level of Lichuang company. Moreover, it provides the basis for energy saving and emission reduction. Currently the system is running in good condition and its functionality and operability have reached the customer’s requirements. Under the background of advocating environmental protection and emission reduction, this system really has very high practicability and value of popularization and application. |
