In modern industrial production,machinery and equipment are developing towards the direction of large scale,automation and complexity,and the fault diagnosis technology of mechanical equipment is more and more important in practical production practice,for that monitoring the condition of rotating machinery equipment can improve the safety,reliability and availability of equipment.With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of modern industry,wireless sensor is widely used in industrial production,in this paper,a C/S structural mechanical vibration monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is proposed to solve the shortcomings of traditional wired monitoring system.Firstly,the overall design of the system scheme is carried out,hardware devices were selected and Zigbee communication mode was selected to realize the construction of wireless sensor network with two-stage star structure.Then the hardware such as wireless sensor selected by the system is briefly introduced,and the communication protocol used is described in detail as well.Secondly,using LabVIEW as the development environment,the upper computer program including the acquisition client,server and diagnosis client was written,it covers user login,wireless communication,data collection,parameter control,diagnostic alarm,display and storage,historical data view and other functions.Finally,a visual monitoring platform based on C/S structure was built and the design of the whole monitoring system was completed.The reliability and accuracy of the monitoring results were verified by referring to the faulty equipment.The monitoring system is easy to operate and easy to learn.Users can precisely control the whole monitoring system through the friendly operating interface to meet the monitoring,control and diagnosis needs of the system.
