In recent years,the harsh working environment at sea and the large-scale equipment itself have placed higher demands on the reliability of wind turbine components.The flange system is the main connection form between the components of the wind turbine.It is also the part that is prone to failure during the design and operation of the wind turbine.The sufficient strength and reliability of the flange system is a necessary condition for ensuring the normal and stable operation of the wind turbine.At present,the flange system still adopts the traditional design methods and structures of the relevant industries.Therefore,it is necessary to use the new method to carry out the special structural design of the wind turbine flange system,and obtain the structural form of the flange system which is economical and practical and has better mechanical properties.The topology optimization method is introduced into the structural design of the large-scale wind turbine tower flange system.Based on the optimization results of the linear model and the nonlinear model,a new wind turbine tower flange system structure with stiffened plates is obtained.The advantages and disadvantages of linear optimization and nonlinear optimization are compared and analyzed.In order to further determine the design law of the new flange system structure,the structural features of its topology optimization are extracted and the parametric structure design is carried out.Through the finite element analysis of the rigid strength of the traditional flange system and the new flange system,and the fatigue damage calculation of the bolt,the contribution of different size parameters of the stiffener to the flange stiffness,bolt tensile strength and fatigue strength is clarified.The new flange system structure design of the stiffener plate structure has obtained a new flange system structure with better mechanical properties,which provides a reference for the wind turbine tower flange structure design.
