Smart grid,which combines the advantages of modern science and technology,advanced management experience and traditional power grid,can effectively solve the security and environmental protection problems of energy development,and is the inevitable choice of global energy strategy.Although smart grid has the characteristics of self-healing,economy,high efficiency and security,there are still a lot of hidden dangers in the development of smart grid under the situation of the gradual expansion of grid scale and the continuous access of new energy to power system,because the development of smart grid,especially the reliability,security and vulnerability,still need to be studied.Researches on the vulnerability of power grids have been made by scholars at home and abroad,but most of these studies focus on traditional power grids.With the development of power grid,these studies can no longer meet the needs of development in the existing environment,nor can they meet the needs of large-scale power enterprises for the security and stability of power grid.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the development of smart grid in order to improve the security and stability of power grid development.Based on the background of smart grid construction,this paper systematically studies the vulnerability index of smart grid.Firstly,through reading and combing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper synthesizes and analyses the theory and Research on power grid vulnerability.Secondly,it introduces the related theories of vulnerability and vulnerability research methods,including basic vulnerability theory,vulnerability assessment of smart grid and reliability theory.On the basis of introducing relevant theories,this paper identifies the vulnerability of smart grid,and selects the vulnerability factors of smart grid from five aspects:structural vulnerability,functional vulnerability,equipment vulnerability,technology application level and natural environmental impact,which provides a basis for quantitative analysis of vulnerability index.Then,according to the relevant theories such as credibility,combined with credibility moment generating function and distortion function,the calculation model and framework of smart grid vulnerability index are constructed.Finally,the vulnerability index model based on trustworthiness moment generating function and distortion function is analyzed with specific examples.The analysis results are in good agreement with the actual situation,which proves the validity and rationality of the model.At the same time,some suggestions to deal with the vulnerability of smart grid are put forward from the perspective of technology and management.
