With the development of technology,smart grid has merged a large number of advanced science and techology on the basis of traditional power grid,and has formed a highly automated and intelligent power network,which laid the foundation for better implementation of China's electric power system reform.Although smart grid uses a large number of new technologies,it does not mean that the smart grid has reached a level of no defect.In extreme cases,it is still possible to be threatened by natural disasters,power grid structure,hardware stability,measurement and control technology and extreme weather,and then affect the transmission and distribution level of the smart grid.The comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the vulnerable sources of smart grid and the measurement of the vulnerability of all aspects can provide direction for effectively reducing the instability of smart grid.Therefore,in order to further improve the robustness,reliability and safety of smart grid,it is of great practical significance to conduct comprehensive evaluation of the vulnerability of smart grid.This paper first analysis the vulnerability evaluation involves the Six-Sigma management theory,multi attribute comprehensive evaluation method,then analysis the fragile sources of the smart grid may face,laying a theoretical foundation for establishing single factor multi index and multi attribute vulnerability evaluation model.The establishment of index system should follow four principles,to establish the framework of index system,this paper established 4 aspects of index,including environment,structure,operation,equipment and technology.And then this paper explains the connotation of the second indicators of the corresponding and specific calculation steps;then,the original data is non-dimensional calculation,To calculate the weights by using a combined method of judgment-matrix method and entropy method;thirdly,the multi-attribute decision making risk-matrix method,absorbing the essence of Six-Sigma management theory,risk control is set in the range of K conditions,with each index of vulnerability risk level for the single factor,put forward K-Sigma multi-factor and multi-index attribute vulnerability evaluation model;then based on the examples to verify the practicability of the model;finally,to promote the steady development and puts forward some concrete suggestions to deal with the vulnerability of smart grid.In this paper,from the perspective of Six-Sigma management,a multi-attribute vulnerability assessment model for smart grid is constructed.The simulation results can judge the threat situation of the current smart grid in China,and provide decision-making suggestions for the stable development of the smart grid.
