Since the beginning of the 21st century,the cumulative installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in China has developed rapidly,but there is still a big gap between the independent research and development capabilities,policy support and R&D system construction and international advanced technology.The main reason for the gap is that China lacks a clear and effective renewable energy power generation industry chain.The country's choice of technological innovation mode and technological innovation path in the renewable energy power generation industry is mainly based on the successful experience of foreign countries.There are also many obstacles to the development and implementation.Therefore.it is particularly important to analyze the technological innovation model of the typical national renewable energy power generation industry,explore the advantages and gaps between China and other national models,and propose corresponding improvement suggestions.Based on a large number of literature studies,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two types of national technological innovation models by means of comparative analysis,and at the same time refines the national technological innovation model into the industrial technology innovation model,which is divided into basic Five stages of R&D,prototyping and demonstration,investment and engineering,commercialization and promotion,and large-scale application.The development of each stage is driven by the basic elements of driving force,main body,resources and supporting environment.Based on the analysis of key stages and basic factors,the qualitative analysis method is used to sort out the technological innovation models of the wind power generation industry in four typical countries,and summarize the evolution of the basic elements of the renewable energy power generation industry in the four countries at key stages;On this basis,this paper constructs a one-factor learning curve model,and uses the quantitative analysis method to calculate and collate the Chinese wind power generation.Danish wind power.US wind power and Japan photovoltaic power generation respectively in the investment and engineering stage and comnercialization.Technical learning rate during the promotion phase,and the same The analysis and comparison of the learning rates at different stages of the country and at the same stage of different countries show that the renewable energy power generation industry in different countries has different technical learning rates at different stages.The results show that in the investment and engineering stage and the comercialization and promotion stage.China has great advantages in long-term planning,policy stability and market stability,but lacks in comprehensive national strength,policy support,independent innovation capability.R&D system construction and industrialization promotion.Finally,based on quantitative and qualitative,the analysis results provide policy recommendations for the development of technological innovation models in China's renewable energy power generation industry.
